Rosalie Orr’s passion for science and sport, combined with her expertise in sports dietetics and business, inspired the creation of The Athlete Performance Group.

Rosalie is a highly regarded sports dietitian dedicated to optimising the performance of elite-level athletes. After a successful career in financial services, she made the transformative decision to pursue her passion for sports dietetics, motivated by the significant gap in care she observed within the industry. 

Having a unique understanding of weight category sports as well as other elite-level disciplines such as team sports, Rosalie combines her expertise in nutrition with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by athletes striving to reach their peak performance. Her tailored approach ensures that each athlete receives the personalised support they need to excel in their sport.

With a commitment to fostering a holistic approach to athletic performance, Rosalie empowers her clients with evidence-based nutritional strategies, helping them achieve their goals while promoting overall health and well-being.

Brooke is a dedicated and passionate Sports Dietitian who thrives on empowering athletes of all levels—both elite and recreational—to optimise their performance and well-being through nutrition. Her deep-rooted passion comes from personal experiences, where she witnessed firsthand how misinformation and confusion around food choices can hinder athletic performance and overall life quality. With a strong focus on providing clear, evidence-based guidance, Brooke specialises in both strength and conditioning, as well as endurance training. She is committed to offering personalised nutrition strategies that not only enhance training outcomes but also elevate everyday health and energy levels.

IMOGEN HAINES

Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from University of Newcastle.

Imogen is a highly dedicated and skilled dietitian, with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. Currently based in Newcastle, Imogen has recently completed a year-long rural immersion program, expanding her practical experience and gaining valuable insights into diverse nutrition needs across various communities.

Passionate about health and fitness, Imogen is an active member of her local CrossFit gym and embraces outdoor activities such as swimming, camping, and hiking, which fuel her commitment to a balanced and active lifestyle. She also enjoys exploring farmers' and food markets, deepening her understanding of sustainable food sourcing.

Imogen’s growing expertise is supported and mentored by our highly qualified and experienced team. Her focus is on sports nutrition, with a strong passion for empowering athletes to reach their peak performance through evidence-based nutritional strategies. Her journey in the field of dietetics has been driven by a desire to support athletes in achieving their goals while maintaining long-term health and well-being. JAY TOOPE

With a lifelong dedication to training and performance, Jay brings a unique blend of experience as a competitive athlete, coach, and sports nutritionist. He has fought at the highest levels in boxing and spent over a decade coaching athletes from grassroots to the international stage.

As a Veteran, Jay carries the discipline, structure, and resilience that military life instils. He has also competed in bodybuilding, further deepening his understanding of the relationship between nutrition, physique, and peak performance.

Jay’s passion for health and performance isn’t just professional — it’s personal. Having lived this lifestyle his entire life, he now helps others do the same through tailored, practical nutrition guidance that works in the real world.

Whether striving for athletic excellence, seeking personal transformation, or simply aiming to feel their best, Jay understands the journey firsthand and supports clients with genuine empathy and understanding.

JAKE FREEMAN

With nearly a decade of marketing expertise and extensive hands-on experience in elite sport, Jake brings a unique and powerful skill set to athlete management.

He has worked with Australian representatives across world championship events, combining a deep understanding of high-performance sport with the strategic thinking needed to help athletes build lasting careers.

Before stepping into athlete management, Jake spent nine years in marketing, equipping him with the ability to not only manage athletes but also position them for success both on and off the field. His background includes management and coaching, giving him a rare insight into the day-to-day realities and long-term needs of athletes.

Jake is passionate about helping athletes achieve both their sporting and personal goals, offering guidance with a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and care. His approach is built on genuine relationships, clear communication, and a commitment to seeing his clients thrive.
